1. Nil charge for the cancellation received 72 hours before the tour.
2. 25% for the cancellation received between 72 - 48 hours before the tour.
3. 50% for the cancellation received between 48 - 24 hours before the tour
4. Full charge for the no show and for the cancellation within 24 hours before the tour.

► Pregnant ladies, infants, unhealthy persons and senior citizens are prohibited from tours, especially from desert safari, fishing and dhow cruise.
► Photography of military and some government installations are prohibited. Always ask permission before taking pictures of individuals.
► No excursions available on Fridays and public holidays except desert safari.
► Travel Designer reserves the right to cancel or modify any tours in the interest of client’s health, comfort and safety without liability and prior notice of cancellation or modification
► All above rates are net in USD subject to the valid until 31st Dec 2018.
